- The BounceRentalSolutions website,
- Any related mobile applications (iOS and Android),
- And all related services, tools, and features (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
2. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” above. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and to keep such information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Get It Rented, Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for your internal business purposes.
You do not acquire any ownership interest in the Services, software, or underlying technology. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Get It Rented.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

- Access the Services through automated, unauthorized, or unethical means
- Interfere with system integrity, security, or performance
- Copy, sell, resell, sublicense, or exploit any portion of the Services
- Upload or distribute unlawful, abusive, defamatory, misleading, infringing, or offensive content
- Impersonate any person or entity
We reserve the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination.
6. User Content
If you submit content through the Services (including reviews, messages, or feedback):
- You retain ownership of your content
- You grant Get It Rented a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content solely in connection with operating and improving the Services
We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
7. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing
Certain features of the Services require a paid subscription.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:
- All fees are charged in advance
- All payments are final and non-refundable
- We do not provide refunds for any reason, including partial usage, cancellation, or failure to use the Services
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play must be managed and canceled through your respective app store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
8. Account Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your account or subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a refund.
We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, with or without notice, if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent behavior
- Fail to pay applicable fees
Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.
9. Data Deletion
Requests to delete an account or associated data are governed by our Privacy Policy. Certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
10. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, content, code, and materials associated with the Services are the exclusive property of Get It Rented, Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws.

11. Third-Party Platforms (Apple & Google)
These Terms are solely between you and Get It Rented, Inc.
Apple Inc. and Google LLC:
- Are not parties to these Terms
- Are not responsible for the Services
- Have no obligation to provide support or maintenance
Any claims related to the Services must be directed to Get It Rented, not Apple or Google.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
13. No Professional Advice
The Services are provided for general business and operational purposes only and do not constitute legal, tax, financial, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for consulting appropriate professionals regarding your business decisions.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Get It Rented shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Get It Rented, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of applicable law or third-party rights
16. Export Compliance
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. government embargo and are not listed on any U.S. government prohibited or restricted party list.
17. Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration.
18. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
